Ayo Keisha Smith is a Natural Hair Care Specialist with over 20 years of experience. She is a Graduate of Empire Beauty School as an Instructor and an Educator for the GEORGIA STATE BOARD OF COSMETOLOGY AND BARBERs. She offers (CEU) Continuing Education Units Classes for renewals of licensing for salons, cosmetologists and barbers.
Ayo is the Owner of NHQ Enterprises, LLC & Natural HQ Salon Studio where she and her stylist offer premium services for natural hair care and maintenance in Atlanta, GA; she is the Author of Natural Hair Quest; The Book, a Professional Platform Artist and Color Specialist. She is also an original member of the Taliah Waajid styling team and the World Natural Hair Show. Ayo is a member of The Association of Natural Hair Care Professionals along with providing private classes with hands on training and a former educator with Chi color.
She educates the world on her TV Show “Natural Hair Quest” to promote healthy, beautiful, natural hair and is always creating a movement and development for the cutting edge of innovative trends in the natural hair care arena.
Ayo’s vision is to Educate, Excite and Inspire Women and Girls of Color worldwide about their natural hair and enlighten them to understand and realize that their hair is beautiful.
In Conclusion, Ayo loves to teach Women and Girls of Color to love their hair, maintain and care for it without chemicals.

Ayo's Vision
I started out as a regular cosmetologist doing hair, as the love for my hair grew through going natural and I wanted all my clients to go natural. But that was not the trend at the time so I quit doing relaxers and went to a natural hair salon (Taliah Waajid Natural hair care center) to doing only natural hair. I loved it and mastered all the braiding and natural hair techniques. Then I started teaching other stylists how to care for their client's natural hair at The World Natural Hair Shows. As more people started going natural, I realized that they needed the correct information about their hair and that's when I wrote: Natural Hair Quest; the book. To expand my audience even further, I am happy to have an informative television show about natural hair from a professional view available to women all over the world, through Natural Hair Quest...The TV Show!
